Wake up to the sounds of the rainforest. Today, embark on immersive nature walks through pristine jungle trails. Learn about medicinal plants, giant trees, and local wildlife from expert naturalist guides. You may visit an oxbow lake by canoe in search of giant otters, hoatzins, and colorful macaws.
Before sunrise, cruise deeper into the jungle to reach the famous Chuncho Macaw Clay Lick, one of the largest in the Amazon. Watch dozens of macaws, parrots, and parakeets gather to feed on the mineral-rich clay—a vibrant spectacle of color and sound. Return to the lodge for a relaxing afternoon.
After breakfast, return by boat to Puerto Maldonado and board your flight to Lima. Depending on your departure time, connect to your international flight or spend the night in the capital.
