Itinerary
DAY 1: CUSCO – PAMPA ALCATAURY - CUMBRE ROJO - SURINE COCHA
On our first day, we will pick you up from your hotel to go to our destination, which will be Pitumarca Ausangate. The tour will take approximately 3 hours to the community of Alcataury, where we will have a delicious breakfast made by our professional cook. We will have a tents where we can find tables and chairs to enjoy our food on the first day.
Once we have a super hot and delicious breakfast, we will start walking uphill for about 3 hours until we reach to our first attraction, which is the Ausangate glacier mountain with 6,380 height above sea level, along the hike we will have many alpacas and llamas to take photos and as well we can see local people at the top of the mountain as a alpaca farmers.
When we are in front of the Ausangate mountain we will have a beautiful view to the whole direction, this mountain summit is 4,925 meters, Here we will have a few moments to take photos and to enjoy the mountain and from there we will go down about 2 hours downhill until we reach Ananta phata places, where we will have a delicious hot lunch made by the chef with natural products from Cusco city. After lunch we will continue about 2 hours more until we reach to the second summit of Minasniyoc which is 5,020 mt this is the height mountain on this trip and from here we can already see our camp that is near the Surine cocha lagoon where we will spend the first night under the bright stars.

DAY 2: SURINE COCHA – VINICUNCA RAINBOW MOUNTAIN – RED VALLEY –LAMBRANY – CUSCO
This day the awakening will be early at 5:00 a.m. with a cup of coca tea inside your tent and breakfast will be 5:30 am. from there we start the hike to the 7 color mountain to be the first group on the top to enjoy the sunrise and to take the first photos without people or with less people who are arriving the top of the rainbow mountain, the hiking from the camp will be 1/20 to be at the top of the rainbow mountain for us.
After enjoying the view we will descend towards the red valley, where the hiking will be 2 hours and a half until we reach the community of Lambrany to have the last lunch with our cook and from there we will return to cusco city and your hotel
